Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured style of yoga that links breath and movement through a set sequence of postures. Traditionally, the practice follows a specific order designed to build strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance while creating a moving meditation through continuous flow and conscious breathing.
In this modified version, we keep the essence and rhythm of the Ashtanga practice while allowing more space for accessibility, individual pacing, and mindful variations. Some postures may be adapted or simplified to support different bodies, experience levels, and energy states.
This class invites you to move with awareness rather than perfection. Focus on connecting breath to movement, staying present, and honoring your body throughout the practice. Whether you are new to Ashtanga or already familiar with the sequence, this practice is an opportunity to build strength, stability, and inner calm in a supportive and sustainable way.
